Well for starters you were on about his house should just burn down -> it was his garage that caught fire.

Though I don't consider myself to have any manifested psychic abilities, we all do have them, and yes, this kind of thing has happened to me.

I was at work one day, in the cafeteria at lunchtime, seated at a table and sorta daydreaming.  A co-worker walked by outside (there are big windows in the room), and as I casually looked at him, the thought came to my head, "How can I politely ask his son to sell me his car engine while he's grieving over his father's death?"

This man had told me that his son had a rebuilt car engine he wanted to sell, and I was in the market for one.  I had a brief "image" of asking his son if he still wanted to sell it, while we were at this man's funeral.

An hour or so later, this man had a massive heart attack and died at work.

On another occasion, I went to the store and decided to turn my truck around on the side-street and park on the opposite side of the road.  However, there was a car already parked there, and I would have to park in front of it, close to the intersection.  I decided to pull up to the stop sign (but close to the curb), and backup to the front of this car.  No sooner had I thought that than the thought, "But if you try to do that, someone will think you're pulling up to the stop sign and pull up behind you and hit you", came to my head.  Like an idiot, I ignored my inner voice, because I was in a hurry.  I pulled up, put it in reverse, and a girl came out of the store parking lot and hit the back corner of my truck.  Even though I was close to the curb, she had tried to get behind me.

Even if you told them, how would they know that the waterheater was going to be the cause of the problem.  It was meant to be this way, for whatever reason.  It was not meant for you to tell them anything, because quite simply, you didn't.

As far as thinking of some things and then just saying it.. and it actually happens.. yeah.. that happens to a lot of us.  It's our sixth sense, we all have it, we just need to fine tune it.  The funniest thing is when you think of some "random" thought and you eventually find out that thought was reality, I always ask what time did the incident occur?  And yeah, funny enough it would coincide with the time I had that thought.

I was wondering if anyone else has done something simular to this. Well During getting ready for my wedding with all the grooms men I had a discussion with my friend and was like you need to just get rid of your house and well I didn't know it at the time but a vision of fire in his house came up. So I was like or better yet let it burn down in a joking matter. I never thought anything of it because I was too distracted with the wedding and then honeymoon. Well When I got back, his garage cought on fire with a electrical shortage in the waterheater. Most of his house is ok. However I do feel bad because I think I could have stopped it. Then again who would believe me if I said hey your garage is going to catch on fire soon. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else has had something like that were it pops in your head and you joke about something, then it happens and you feel a bit of stupid, regretting you couldnt stop it, and all that crappy stuff?
