So, have you ever stopped to consider the fact that what you are pursuing is completely and utterly ludicrous?
Harsh as it sounds, What you're getting at is a figment of your anime-fueled, 16-year-old escapist imagination.
You want super powers, and that's fine. Who doesn't? But when you start fiddling around on the internet talking about satanism, nuclear fission, and wanting to beat evil reptile people in hand-to-hand combat with god-like powers, while citing Dragonball Z and Naruto, you are plain nuts.

You've read way too much anime and manga. I enjoy anime quite a bit myself, so I would know, but they're rated for 'suggestive themes' for a reason. Never have I read an anime and believed the powers or events in it to be true. You're not supposed to read fiction and then suddenly believe that you can have all the same powers as the characters in the story. That's why it's fiction.

I suggest you take a step back and think about this rationally for a moment. Honestly believing in teleporting around fighting evil aliens with nuclear powers is, for lack of a better word, poisonous. And don't say, "I know it sounds crazy, but believe me, I know what I'm talking about". Please. On some level, you have to know I'm right. From what I can tell, I was just like you when I was a kid.
