1. Relax yourself and sit in a meditative position or stand.
2. visualise roots comind out of your sub-navel chakra and coming out of the legs and entering the ground and going deep inside.
3. now visualise the earth filled with green Ki and start to take in Ki from your roots and move it to you sub-navel chakra and store it there.
Note:-thin roots are for less intensity but more density of energy and wide roots are for more intensity but less density of energy.
Even try Spirit Up to get replenished. This technique soothes me very much and my bodypart seem to become relaxed.
The day when you want to play hockey and train for Ki Balls, don't forget to do Grounding before making Ki-Balls. Thus you will not get tired too much.
Im considering about going back to making psiballs and i dont want to be dizzy any more after i make psiballs and i cant risk being dizzy and feeling weak for a week again. Im also worried about this because i play alot of hockey and i dont want anything interfering too much. So i was wondering about grounding, how would i ground and bring in energy? Im feeling a bit sick today for some reason so i dont know if grounding is the right word.
