Ok. I've read a lot on psychokinesis and lucid dreaming and stuff like that. So I know that while you're dreaming, you are unconscious. When you're having a lucid dream, you're conscious and unconscious at the same time, and your brain is working harder on whatever you're doing than it does when you're awake. It is true that if you have a lucid dream and you are doing something like... playing the piano, you will seem to really be playing it, and it will actually help you learn. Something to do with the connections in your brain weakening while you sleep, so that you learn faster or something like that. So, going back to being conscious and unconscious at the same time... Psychokinesis has something to do with the unconscious, lucid dreaming connects those two. So, could practicing psychokinesis while having a lucid dream possibly help make the connection between your conscious mind and your unconscious so that you could do psychokinesis while you're awake?
Hopefully that made some sense...   Please don't laugh at me, I know that probably sounded stupid... Tell me what you think.

From my understanding and current knowledge it seems to me that when you dream you occupy the small space inside you mind which also happens to be part of the astral relm. The astral relm has a lot of similar properties with the physical, but not so much. If you affect something in the astral enough, it can occur and produce and effect on the physical. So, yes I would say so, But there is a better way and that would be to free yourself from the physical as all who are human (that I know of) are bound by it. It would be an awakening of some sort not unlike enlightenment produced through spiritual growth. Example: you are not bound by the astral, (do not current know why, and why we are bound by the physical) so you may cast fireballs while in a state of obe. Try doing this during real time projection, and see if it isnt difficult. We cannot casts fireballs in the physical nearly as easily, hence most have never seen someone start fire with the mind. Free yourself of the physical through spirituality, and gain the knowledge and understanding along the way, should this be true, to rightly use these powerful abilities. They are tools in essence, how will you use them?
By his or her acts and knowledge, each person makes their nature known

At the centre was the holy Sephira of Tiphareth, the point of perfect balance, harmony and beauty; the mystic rose that held within its seed-pod generations of future blossoms.
