hearing breathing

i can hear my own breathing during physical exercise and songtechnique-training. its closer than anything ive ever heard and the voice becomes very loud, but its only my own breathing taking a way through my head or something, not sure this is the same thing youre experiencing. hmm... yepp, thats it.

if you hear your voice loudly in your head when you talk as i do, youd better think again, then its nothing unphysical.

I have actually heard myself snore..or should I say snort? I ignore and keep on relaxing..

Are you doing relaxing or meditating when it happens?

it usually happens when i'm just trying to get a good nights sleep.It could possibly be my own breathing but it seems so real.If i stop breathing i can still hear it.Maybe it's my imagination playing tricks on me. If i heard voices i would probably freak out.

I've been hearing breathing really close to my right ear for at least two years.I only hear it when i am alone in my room. It used to really scare me but now i'm used to it. i thought i might be schizophrenic but thought that was unlikely as i dont have any of the other classic symptoms. Does anyone have any ideas about what i'm hearing? I thought maybe it could be a spirit guide.
