The glass will only block your psi if you think it will. Psi operates in extra dimensions so it can easily go around the glass. But it doesnt need a path from anywhere. Its nonlocal.

but that doesnt really answer my questions I mean how Can i get the Wheel to start moving?
THe first move is probably the hardest part. Just stare at it and expect it to move, try different methods if it still doesn't work. Give yourself an hour to work on it, once you move it the first time your subconcious thinks, 'hey I can really do this!' and it becomes a lot easier.
Important things I've learned about telekinesis:
Energy used when it does not move = energy used when it does move. I am amazed at how much energy I use to see things normally.
If I want it to move, it will not. Its best to not care what happens.
If it doesnt move for an hour, thats ok. That wont stop it from accelerating to 1 turn / second from the slightest thought. Nothing needs to be built up. We all have the ability to do telekinesis right now if we would think the right thing.
The most recent method I use:
Any time I want anything, I think "I dont care", "why should I give a excrement", etc. This can happen as often as every second, but my brain will shut up eventually and give my spirit control.
Imagine every detail of the object to be moved. Think about feeling it with my fingers, but not moving it. Taste it. Stick your imagined head into the space its in. Think about grinding your teeth on it. Anything.
Close your eyes and fly around somewhere you remember well. Notice that you go faster if you dont try to go fast. The less I try, the faster I go. That also applies to telekinesis. Think about the object moving the same way you move in your mind. If it doesnt move, think about flying more and feel as much detail as you can.
Sometimes when I'm flying in my mind, I'll fly to my body which is trying to do telekinesis, and think about the object moving. Since its in your mind, it moves easy. Then when I open my eyes, it is moving.

Welp it sure did work 1 time :) i also found another technique i blow out of my mouth but not near the psi wheel and I imagine my breath hit it and it move very slightly sometimes. Or like i breath in and shut my mouth and breath out with my mouth closed and i imagine my breath comin out and hitting the paper to move that one worked to like 2 times :-D

hello, Im Been trying to move the PSI WHEEL I moved it about 4 times already but im not sure if its the air conditioning or something, Iv tried Doing it Under a see through Glass so no air moves it but Thats even worse cause nothing happens and I feel The energy isnt going through the cup, Does anyone have any advise on how to move PSI WHEEL And how to know if its air condition cause i dont really wanna do the AIR TIGHT CONTAINER cause i feel there a block beetween me and the PSI WHEEL.
