i've been trying too but i cant seem to feel any vibrations at all!

ok im kinda confused, ive been trying telekinesid for about a week now, i just read an article on this site, and ever since i starting trying to feel these vibrations, everything i touch, makes my bottom lip spasm on the left side. im feeling the vibrations, but only in taht specific place. is this worrying?

and alos i keep seeing a red flash out fo the cornor of my right eye that lasts about 2 seconds, but its cut short if i turn to look at it..

am i doing something wrong, or something very right?
