How do I move to another universe

Like the topic says, how do I move to another universe. I'd like a change. Maybe I'd come back someday. The reason I ask this is I was watching the anime The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and I wanted to move to a world with magical beings and more interesting stuff. I'm sure this is possible but how?

Go into your local estate agents and see what they've got for sale! 

It's a shame you are unhappy with this world - whilst it has got a lot of bad stuff going on, it really is quite a beautiful and magical place in its own right. 

Perhaps you ought to consider changing your perception of this world, rather than trying to escape it.

If you want magical beings, look into the life of insects and creatures that live in the sea.  They are fascinating.  Did you know a scorpion has 360^o vision, and it glows green in ultraviolet light?

This world is incredibly interesting if we would only open our eyes and look around.

I can understand where you are coming from Veda, but I agree with Sarah!

This place, even for all uglyness going on now-days, it really is quite remarkable.

There is so much that we have discovered that we dont fully understand yet, really really fascinating and marvelous things, that just need to be explored more for it's true potential to really show. And there is also so many things that we have NOT discovered, and I am sure that there are some truley magical thing to be discovered. Take a look around, look for something amazing. It won't take you too long to find it.

well for I understand your position in wanted to go somewhere with all that stuff seeing as I liek anime too. but a good expression would be "the grass is always greener" however since I have never been on the other side to get a good look at that grass I really dont know. You should spend sometime learning how to OBE because I think that dimension could meet all your standards if you practiced delligently to be able to do that and controll your self when you get there.

Yes OOBE, astral projection, lucid dreaming, and all is about as close as I can come probably. But you know it would be awesome to move to another universe. Has anyone here heard of anyone doing this?

I suppose it depends on your beliefs and so on.  Robert Monroe visited what he termed other "Locales" which may or may not be other universes.  Some scientists today are coming to the conclusion that there may be more universes than just our own, so perhaps Monroe did indeed visit other universes.

He expands on his journeys in his second book (I think it's his second, it might be his first - perhaps someone could clarify this point for me).

And whilst we are on the subject, what are our dreams?  Some believe that the dream environment is as real as the waking environment.  If you were to believe that, then perhaps dream environments are other universes and we visit them each and every night.  The same goes for astral environments (if you wish to distinguish them from dream environments). 

It does get a tad confusing breaking everything down.

My personal belief is that we live primarily in the physical universe, but there are many many universes all overlapping each other.  When we dream/astral project/OBE/meditate/use our imagination/daydream, we actually tap into another universe.  And yes, I did say daydream and use our imagination.  I believe imagination to be as real as reality! 

So, based on my beliefs, I visit other universes regularly.  I meet with beings who live on different universes and communicate with them, mainly telepathically.

For me, visiting another universe is as easy as relaxing in a comfy chair, closing your eyes and using your imagination to drift away somewhere, keeping a very open mind as to what might happen or who you might bump into on your mental travels...

I can visit other universes for as long as I can "hold myself away".  Because the physical is our primary focus, we inevitably return (mentally) eventually. 

I find it easiest when things in my life are calm and settled, and I'm getting good amounts of sleep.

The best and most memorable times are my astral jaunts - they can go on for what seems like days and days, and yet when I "return", it might be a matter of minutes.

The paranormal phenomena we experience such as ghosts etc., could quite simply be two universes overlapping and revealing a little of themselves to each other.

As to moving to another universe, I think this unlikely unless you were prepared to give up your primary focus - i.e. your physical body.

The afterlife may well be another universe too, therefore we all move to another universe eventually!

I would suggest that you could visualise just the kinds of places you'd like to go to right before you go to sleep at night...  and wait to see what kinds of dreams you have.  I have had so many dreams that seem to be taking place in other universes or dimensions, and I have very detailed memories many times.

Just this morning I was dreaming of flying accross the tops of huge buildings where there were seemingly thousands of "little people" engaged in some sort of battle.  They are not usually so aggressive as this, but lately I've had a few dreams with different battle scenarios which involve large "armies" in other worldly looking scenes.

It is actually rather simple, but requires lots of time and resources.  I'd recommend getting a job at NASA or another equivelent company first.  You'll need a sturdy spacecraft with suitable hibernation technology (you will need to be in hibernation possibly in excess of a thousand years).  Hibernation is the state of unconsciousness in which your body is effectively shut down.  Your heart rate is less than three beats per minute, your oxygen consumption is well below one percent of what it normally is.
  Your spacecraft will need adequate shielding from cosmic rays, meteoroids, and other contaminations.  I would recommend one-inch-thich depleted uranium sandwitched between a quarter inch of titanium and several inches of lead, possibly a hundred layers of Kevlear on the inside.  You will need proper nutrition for the journey including water, oxygen, and a good supplement for all meals to be fed directly into the bloodstream by IV.  As for actual travel, I would recommend antimatter drives or solar sails.
  Now, you will need to program your computer to search for any abnormally large gravity fields.  On detection, it will need to check what is the cause of gravity.  Wormholes are perfect for inter-universal travel.  Also, there is one type of black hole, a rotating black hole, that will not crush and kill you.  It's gravity field rotates causing the singularity and the event horizon to remain open and not crush you into individual atoms upon entering.
  Simply pass through these worm holes and black holes untill you find the universe that you wish.  Enjoy!

P.S.  This is, of course, somewhat theoretical and is not guaranteed 100% to work.  I say that it will work undoubtedly.  Oh, by the way, I would, seriously, recommend consulting your doctor or physician to ensure your physical readiness to remain in hibernation for extended periods of time.  You will also want to make sure that you are free of ANY kind of bacteria and viruses because, due to the cosmic radiation and gamma radiation, they can mutate and become rather nasty.

Sorry but well it does not work this way. You cannot just go to another universe and stay there and then have it populated by all kinds of magical beeings. As much as we might want this, its a fantasy and not possible.
Anime is a work of fiction, never confuse these things with reality.
Physically we are bound to this earth, well until some kind of new technology is invented.
Spiritually well..... noone really knows. But you cannot stay in a spiritual world, and this world will also not bend to your will. You will hear of lucid dreams and OOBE etc. but even there we are still bound to some things.

My advise: Find the beauty of this physical world and explore things. Science, like Biology, is very enjoyable in this aspect. Also explore things like meditating etc.

And one last note: If you would be in the world you describe, you would want to go back to this one or wouldn't be satisfied. Did you ever think how hard it is to move to another country and leave everything behind? Multiply that a 100 times... thats how you will feel.

Practice Astral Projection, create your own universe like that anime you wanted. Visit it constantly .
