How do we control our bodies?

Robert Bruce said that the etheric body stays in the physical. The physical body is not abandoned entirely until death. The etheric body is the link between the physical and the astral.

My personal opinion is that the spirit never leaves the body (Mentioned by Tom, but I wanna get into my own theories on such).  Think along the lines of a remote control car.  The mind creates a contruct, which goes out of the body and travels astrally.  Unlike RC cars though, you get signals back as well.  OBE's is when the signal and feedback are at a high enough level that the physical senses get fully overwritten.  Cause this is a two way connection, you can get astrally injured still, just like the link between the phyisical and emoitional/spiritual health.

 On another note which probably belongs in Pyschic Self Defense as well but has relevance here, if your learning to cause OBE, learn to raise or lower the link, or even have multiple ones at one.  I've had my astral construct demolished and even eaten/absorbed (one of the few negs I've had serious trouble with) without too much harm to my etheric body/soul.

our bodies are controlled my nerons that travel to the specific location of the body at an extreamly fast rate which makes it possible you react to our thoughts. Our minds are like the driver to a car, our minds control the physical body if we deside to leave the vehicle we are compleatly free from that heavy unmonuverable vehicle (or body) with us we are linked with the body so we can return (like having a pair of keys to get back in our car) But if we are dead that link is broken!!!!!!!!!

For the end of an OBE (Out of Body Experience), one reenters his/her body and gains full control of it again, right?
   
     How does my conscious connect to my body and operate it? Does it connect to the subconcious, the concious, or something else of my physical body?
