How to do telekinesis

Excellent. Really. ^.^
I used to use two techniques for Telekinesis (quit practising it, I realized Telekinesis has no use at all. ^.^)
One was ripped from The Matrix - 'There is no spoon.' - 'There is no ball! You don't exist, you're just an illusion, so I can do whatever I want with you! NOW ROLL!' And it actually worked. ^.^

Though I prefered my original technique.
You see, I had exactly the same problem as you. 'It's a ball, it won't move unless I push it.' So instead of looking at the ball, trying to move it by willpower, I just became the ball. I just made some kind of contact with the ball, only the ball existed - I was the ball. Then I started to imagine what it is to lead a ball's life. I saw dogs running after it, I saw the ball falling from the table bouncing away, etc. etc... And at the same time I visualized it - me - rolling. It took me a lot of concentration to do those things at the same time, but it worked. The ball rolled.

Eonnn

Yes, you can do that.
For other kinesis like hydro for example you can think about why it rains then prevent that. Or with Aero you can think about why theres wind (due to pressure systems) then prevent that. You can think about why a light works (electricity) then prevent that (technokinesis).

Nayru "instead of looking at the ball, trying to move it by willpower, I just became the ball. I just made some kind of contact with the ball, only the ball existed - I was the ball."

I've done that. It works great. I leaned a couch cushon as straight up as I could against a chair and made it fall that way.

"Then I started to imagine what it is to lead a ball's life. I saw dogs running after it, I saw the ball falling from the table bouncing away, etc. etc... I didnt do that part. I'll try that.

Eonnn, I usually like to cause things instead of stopping them. Does it work for that too?

I've heard of these techniques...

Yet again they are really great techniques!!![8D]

i have a question on tk, do you have to close your eyes doing telekineisis all the time, or can you do it with the eyes open?

Vikram, if somebody else has written my technique first, I didnt read it. Since independent work was done and got the same result, it should be a good technique.

T_Kman, eyes open works best. Its easiest to lock onto the astral or RTZ part of the object to be moved if I'm looking at it, and I can see if I'm doing it right immediately.

i thought so, thank you very much beavis. ive tried several times with the eyes closed and i never got anywehre with it.

Beavis, I am really sorry. I forgot to write the word 'Nayru'. I've heard you technique for the first time and I think it should work great.

Great job on discovering a new technique.

T_Kman, eyes open work's best. This is because we have to make our subconciousness realise that it has done it and it has the best capabilty. Although we do think very much that we have the capability but as our mind is so set upon physical proofs that teh true proof can only be acknowledged when we ourselves see the object move. So eyes open work best.

What I do is set my intent, getting the psiwheel in my case, to move. Then I just shut off my mind and expect it to move. The less I think the better it works. I just kind of "know" its going to spin, when I try and make it spin it doesn't work. I haven't practiced that much...I did before but then I stopped because I thought there was no use for it but then I realized its good overall practice for settling your mind.

PyroPsion "What I do is set my intent, getting the psiwheel in my case, to move."

I set my intent subconsiously and try not to consciously intend it.

"Then I just shut off my mind and expect it to move. The less I think the better it works."

Similar to me asking the ball what it is. It stops me from thinking about the ball since I dont know what it is.

"I just kind of "know" its going to spin,"

Knowing before or while it happens is like subconscious intent.

"when I try and make it spin it doesn't work."

"Make it" is like telling the ball what it is instead of asking. Its too conscious to work well.

"I stopped because I thought there was no use for it but then I realized its good overall practice for settling your mind."

Its also one of the best experiments you can do involving other dimensions without a particle accelerator. TK usually wont be strong enough to be useful directly, but you can learn a lot about the physical connection between dreams and reality from it.

I'm not sure if you're aiming that at Beavis or me. But if it was for me and if that's inventing a new technique I must have invented a dozen. You see, I don't use techniques of others. I most certainly read the theory behind what I want to learn, but I practice it in the way that seems good to me. When I created a link for the very first time, I just used the visualization that popped in my head. And I still use it, it works great for me. Same goes for everything I practice. I found that the results I get by using my own 'technique' are much better than using techniques of others. ^.^

I like to do it my own way too. This was mostly for people who had never done TK. They usually dont know how to start.

I thought of this technique after reading about "not-doing" in "Carlos  Castaneda A Separate Reality". A ball on my floor doesnt move when I try to move it with normal telekinesis techniques because I think its a ball and I know balls usually dont start rolling without a physical influence. Instead I think about why I think its a  ball. My physical senses give the image of a ball, but I know they can be  wrong. If I theoretically used a halucinating drug, my senses could tell me  the ball is a chicken. Add to the fallibility of my physical senses my  opinion that "reality" is a product of everybodys' imagination and I am able  to believe that there is a significant chance that what I'm looking at is not  a ball. I dropped my assumption that it is a ball or anything else, and  asked the ball "what are you? Show me what you are and what you do."  It became what I was thinking about: a round object with almost no weight  that rolls for no reason. It rolled .4 inches a few times and 1 inch once. I  did the same to my psi wheel. It did .1 turn. I did something else for 30 seconds and it had started turning again. It continued to be what I last thought it was. They were equally easy to move regardless of size. I ASKED the object what it is instead of TELLING it. I think that made it work better.
