How to speak to ghosts?

Introduce yourself and ask if you can help them?

Actually I'm quite serious.  The hard part is know if they are indeed ghosts in the first place, and what kind of ghosts(by ghosts I mean recently departed physical humans , and by recent sometime in the last few hundred years).  Some can be helped, others can also be helped but can be considerabley more work.  Some are not 'sane' in any definition you may wish to use.  Some cling to addictions from life (there are numerous famous bar and restaurant ghosts across the world).

You have one in particular you want to talk to?  You have to be able to hear them first...

Well I can tell you one thing.
Sometimes when I am all alone and just lost in thought I can pass a person. Any person at all. People I dont know and people I do.
Sometimes when I see them I have a thought and it is always bad like this: I see my friend and a thoughts come into my head "He's a ****er" and I cant control it. It just hapens. One second The thought flashes through my mind, the next It is gone and I wonder why I thought it. This has happened several times. Once In church I remember to my embarasment, and a few times while passing family and people I dont know... Is this a... "NEG"?

i've a feeling my house is haunted. I always see something out of the side of my eye. Like when I walk downstairs my fridge is white and I clearly see some blackness form to the side of it and when i'm walking upstairs I sometimes see a "semi-shadow" following me and the odd-time I hear creaks behind me as i'm walking up, and it can't be mine, as I would hear them everytime.

In my bathroom last night, I hear some steps clearly, like the floor is tiled and when I look in the mirror I fell as if I see some blackness again in the shower again or when i'm having a shower I feel as if I something outside it.

When I was younger (about 7) my bedroom was directly across the hallway across from the bathroom and I woke up around 2 a.m. and the landing light was off and somehow my bedroom door was opened and the bathroom door was and I could see a little boy in there. My dad is an atheist so he doesn't pay attention to this and my mom past over when I was 3.

One night i'll never forget was when it was a very misty night (not sure if it had anything to do with this) and me and my buddy finished playing soccer outside my back and we left my house and walked down the road and made a right down another road. And we walked about 30 feet down and, we are facing down a hill, and the other road (not mine) to the right is slightly uphill, only slightly though, and anyway I looked up to the right and I saw a "thing" that looked about 7-9 feet tall and it had VERY broad shoulder and it was all in black and had a cloak. Also there were children playing around it, like it was late at night and there was no one really out. It reminded me of the story in the 70's moth man, but this thing didn't have eyes in it's middle. Also it seemed to have mist coming out from it, semi-visible mist though. And I was looking at it STRAIGHT-ON and it was still 100% visible, and then I said my buddy to look at it and he turned his head and was like "WTF?" so he saw it clearly as well. We didn't feel like running sort of, and looked at it for 10 seconds and WE went, if we stayed longer in this "standstill" who knows what would have happened, though that was about 3 years ago and I or him have seen nothing since.

Also about my friend, when he was younger at his Grandma's (before she past away) he and his 2 brothers were upstairs. The oldest one was asleep and the 3 of them were jumping on beds (they were younger, about 3 years between them) and they heard a quiet loud horrendous laugh down the landing, a man like, and they went downstairs and asked their mom and Grandma did they hear it and they said no.

Also another time when his mother past over. At 1 in the morning she did, and at 1.30 she saw a shadow appear on the wall, it had a hat shaped like the ones her Dad (my dads Grandpa) had worn in his prime and he stared at her then eventually disappeared. At 2 a.m. the Cops called to the door telling her her mother past away. The shadow I saw was a message that she is fine.

Also another time a man who lived up the road from him was passing away and he was sying "why are they here" and he was seeing his family who past over near his death.

BTW, my Dad said one day that when my mother passed away, it was in the morning, and at around 7.30 he heard a knock at the door, and there was a priest there and he said that my mother is alright and walked away. Now that priest wasn't a part of the local church (my dad was a christian back then) and there was NO WAY he would have got a call by then, he wouldn't have known the address and that my mom passed away, like she was in Dublin, and that is 220km away. Like if any thing i'm undertelling it, cos there was no way AT ALL that in Dublin they could have contacted the local parish there and thye contact the one down here, and get a priest over so early in the morning.

Also, when I was staying in my friends house, he has a cat, and his house is haunted I think, and the cat was in the kitchen and I was in the front room and like the door was always open between the 2 and the cat was looking just to the side of me for minutes on end, and she was fully aware like, and I was just freaked out.

And when my friends sister Melissa was going to sleep she was putting on her pyjamas (btw she was 17 at the time) and she screamed, and said that the ghost CAUGHT HER, and she slept downstairs for the night.

Also when I am looking across the road is sometimes see people waling up the footpath semi-visible, when I look the straight on I don't see them, but at the sideof my eye they are as real looking as other people would be. They are humans like, and my road is a main one, so I see them quiet frequently.
