Psi Ball

yes iv recently started with psiballs.  I have gotten a few of them also i have had 1 visible one but thats really it.  When i do it use the earths energy.  I visualize being a tree and sucking up energy from my feet and traveling through me up into my hands. I keep my hands cuped around each other.  Once i feel as if i am getting good energy flow i slowly open my hands out then compressing them back to make it more dense.  After a while it really get full and you can really feel it.  I hope this helped but remember its all in your head just visualze the energy traveling through you you and into your hands.

Well i hope you can get it.  Just remember to focus and practice it and you will eventually get it.

Mike how long did it take you to create your first psi ball, also is there any meditation i should do?

well the first time when i tried it was acually attempting an obe.  But i lost concentration and gave up for the night then i rememberd about the psiballs and thought this would be a good time to try so i laid there relaxed almost in trance then started to focus with my eyes closed then i could feel slight heaviness kinda but not really my hands did not get tired.  it was very small and i lost concentration because i was excited lol.  But yea i think some meditation would be good and helpful just to clear your mind and relax as much as you can then begin gathering energy.

i have a bit of experience in psiballs... all the ones i've made i could see... i use energy from me... its harder but in my mind also easier because its my energy... i use the four elements and tos ee them associate them with a colour. i was able to do it first try...

I suppose most people here have been on psipog.com, i have been trying to create a psi ball for some time now, i just can't seem to get the hang of it. Can anyone help me? and has anyone ever made one themselves?
