I finally made my first psi ball

It was so cool i woke up and started with some electrokinetic meditation (i want to learn electrokinesis) and after a couple minutes i decided to make an electic psi ball. but instead of putting electricity into it i was putting psi and eventually i was able to feel the actually psi ball and feel its density it was so cool. I tried to make it denser so it could become visible but i lost focus and my psi ball. Im going to keep trying. This was the most amazing experience i have had with psi.

awesome. i got up to get some food and all of a sudden my left hand started buzzing. recently ive been trying to open my hand chakras. it feels cool.

How long did it take you to get to where you can feal the density?
And what did you do so it would have density?

So far i've been trying to make one but i can only get to where i can feal heat in my palms.
