I want to believe

hey everyone,

  I've read the forums for awhile.  I listen to lots of different things such as spirits, unknown shadows, OBE, UFOs, ghosts mind of matter stuff.  Our universe is vast and there are many unexplained things.  I want to believe but to tell you the truth...I just don't know if I can.  I've never experienced anything of any nature as posted above.  Help me out here...how can I experience any of this or something.  Also, please don't take any offense.  I'm not attacking anyones belief.  I'm just curious.

Lately I've felt shadows moving around the house but I've had a period of insomnia lately.  I dunno. (scratches head)

Why should you believe anything that you have not experienced? Don't be so quick to jump to conclusions.

  I want to know the truth..i want to experience them to verify that yes...they exist.  I know I sound unclear but I feel somewhat ashamed of the inexperience I have in this particular area compared to what I've been reading about others.  I am earnest in giving an effort to learning.

 Some folks have mentioned guides...If I ask for help would one come?  I don't know if they work like that.   Thanks in advance.

I can see where you are coming from here gidian.

What I would do is look around, find someone who you deem capable based on what everyone else has said, and invite them to a test of yours. Most individuals would be quite willing. I know some individuals here can determine what you are feeling at the time, some of the things that went on in your past, ect. In a lot of the better individuals here you won't even have to type anything except a simple "hello, shal we get started?"

if you want to open the door, that's the best way to do it, but keep in mind once you are in the rabbit hole, it's hard to leave.

I would suggest just start meditating.

Be careful for what you ask from people here, they get into your
business whether you ask or not.
