Im back to my exerices but it's weird

i think you tried too hard so you  couldnt do that anymore.
sometimes when you  try hard to do something.. it  dont work out for you.. same problem could be here..

about the dot.. it could be that your  subconsious gave you something.

odd. sounds like something i've been through twice now, where the mind just changes; like the mental processes process by a different method all of a sudden. is that what you are talking about?

Yes it's weird, its like i cant make my own world when i meditate
any one else knows what might be that dot that i saw?

Ok i started to relax I thanked god for bein there, the same with my guides. Then i relaxed, i noticed a little problem, it seemed that i could not create something in my mind's eye. I tried to create or to think about a beautiful countryside with trees aorund, i was stting next to a tree but i couldn't.
Then after i just started to focus on the dark light under my eyelids i saw this colorful dot for a few seconds and then it dissapeared.
it was weird and cool.
