Is electrokinesis real?

I'm wondering if anyone on the forums has experienced electrokinesis because all over the internet people are saying like it isn't real even though i've have had success with electrokinetic meditation. If anyone can give answers i would really appreciate it.

what is electrokinesis. and im sure if you can move one object, the only thing stopping you from moving others is a degree of control and strength.

Edit: i just looked it up. and thats kinda what i do. i can feel small shocks in my fingertips sometimes. and they get hot. but i think its just changing the psi energy into another kind of energy. like fire energy or ice, or colored light.
