help! i can move the psi wheel

i can move the psi wheel but i cant control with way the psi wheel turns
so should i move on or should i keep practicing with the psi wheel

no you need to focus more on control than anything else at least that is my opinion. not to say you sould never move on but the more controll the better thats for sure but I think I read somewhere (psipog?) that sometimes he only way to get full control is to move on to harder things. Except when it comes to giving advice on harder objects not to fluent you could say

Oh yea, I wrote this letter, forgot to post it.

Gah, what is the bottom-right side of the brain for again? Showing you what a stroke feels like? I had the worst experience in chi yet playing with that. I formed my right hand like I was holding a pen, pointed it above my 3rd, the energy went to the bottom-right part of my brain. I got a strange sensation, it wasnt exactly how energy normally feels, but I kept doing it anyways untill I noticed the headache, my head kept flopping to the right side, and my right eye was blurred and ached. I tried to draw a diagram of what I did and I couldnt draw (despite being an artist). I still have all but the floppy head an hour later. Sheesh. I know the term no pain no gain, but this isnt weightlifting (or is it? lol).

Also, I remembered cause I think I had a psi experience. I was going to try reaching OBE by placing a rough white quartz crystal I took off a mtn on my 3rd eye and try to enter it (thereby forgetting about my body). All was going great, there was a pulsing sensation for a long while. I reached light f10 and had a hard time noticing it was there, then suddenly I had very sharp pain in my 3rd eye so I quickly took the stone off. Immediately I hear a loud crashing or banging of metal. I go to investigate and my sister in the next house said the bowls in the pantry fell down, I was facing directly at the pantry from the other house when I took the stone off. Maybe it was just the bowls, but I was in the other house with earplugs in and it sounded like sheet metal just outside. Coincidence? Maybe, but it is logical to really move things with your mind you have to concentrate the energy somehow (like blocking it with the stone). I dont know, I'll try it again later.
