they have to have their 3rd eye open and know how to see auras....i dont think u can just make it appear...unless your doing some really powerful ki, or sumthin

If you mastered the ki flame technique and it's really powerful, then it will be visible really like light coming out your body.
ppl would see it.

You can't actually make someone see your aura; it's just there, like your shadow, or your nose.  They have to allow themselves to see it.
As far as I understand, either one just "has" the ability naturally to see one, or they develop it, like a muscle.  I saw one, once, "by accident", trying to see someone's guides that were standing in the room.  It was dimly lit, and they told me to concentrate on the corner of the room.  I couldn't see them, and when she sat up to show me, all of a sudden, she had this bright shock of orange illuminating her whole body.  It was so bright, it cast a shadow.  I thought it was so cool, and she just said, "yeah, everybody says I'm orange."  It was no big deal to her, since she did it all the time, but for me, it was great.  I haven't seen one since.  Now I'm going to try to open up that skill so I can see them whenever I want, which is a good one to have; you can see if someone's sick, if they're lying, or mean you harm.  Just another tool to use.
