Ki Dash

You probably saw it from "The teachings of ki" if I am right.

This ki dash is a really normal dash, actually anything on this site is really something. This Ki dash was probably a regular dash and the camera just changed quality and colour, but that's the camera fault.

Anyway of course a ki jump exists, anything can be done with ki so a ki jump should be just a higher or longer jump or at least with a little boost of energy.

Hey I saw that video on the Ki Dash and it seems to me that hes almost jumping... if this is really true how does one practice it?
Also is there a ki Jump??? [|)]
