I like John Edward, and believe him totally!  Went to one of his seminars last year, wonderful experience.  He has some cassette tape sets that are geared towards helping you develope those very skills.  Some are less than twenty dollars, I found mine at barnes and nobles.

Actually just today I saw his (John Edward) programme today! And I was so amazed!![:O]
I looked at his homepage, and there you could by some tapes (or cd's) that were called "Developing Your Own Psychic Powers".

my personal opinion is that john edwards first and foremost is a simple cold reader,

he could sometimes be psychic, but usually the audience member gives more information than john himself

but thats just my opinion

I'd have to agree there.I think that I have been more accurate with people then John Edwards and I don't even know how to control my abilities yet. Everyones vioces are like whispering that I can't understand but then things jump out at me that I can grasp. On the other hand John Edwards uses the approach I feeling that someone had someone close to them named Charlie and then someone goes omg, then he goes and I have a feeling someone has died very recently and then someone goes omg. Now there might be some psychic ablilites there but most of it doesn't seem like talking to the dead. From what I have seen people that have these abilities don't exploit it on tv, instead they keep it hidden or help people on a local level.

John Edwards, whose background is in health care, said he is interested in "validating the validation" of the mediumship world.

He did some sceintific experiments with Dr.G.Schwartz,detailed in the book: The Afterlife Experiments.

Hey guys , I Recently saw a pay-per-view show called "After Life" with John Edwards where he gave psychic readings from live callers and it was very intersting to me. He was pretty accurate with the things he was babbling about and I really wanna know how I could get more in tune with the spirit world and develope my mediumship skills.  Does anyone know of a course online or some free (or cheap) documenttation I can read on the net to help me develope this spiritual communication skill? Gotta run bell rang in school ahhH! Thanks!
