Tip: Don't post necromancy topics in the Psychic Self Defense forum unless it specifically has to do with psychic self defense. try General Metaphysics instead

well, don't i look silly now [:I] thanks whoever moved it ^_^
Try talking to the local dead...
I dont know if that comment was meant as a joke or not but talking to the local disincarnate spirits actually does help when you want to learn something about necromantic practices. Not one of my best areas to be certain but hey its common sense. How do you find out the rules and habits in France? Call up a person from France and ask them or find a good nonfiction book on France and then call someone up and get their personal ideas on the matter.......
My little bit of advice.
Necromancer?
Hummm,I'm not sure what you mean but i think you are referring to a medium(spelling?).

I don't know much of anything about necromancy, but if you go to a local bookstore, look for the Necromonogan(sp? - is that related to necromancy? if not the books you need will most likely be there)... black magick, dark arts, etc, all in the bookstore, in the metaphysics section (at least where i live).....but be careful, that s--t can get really dangerous - it might help to have someone near you to teach you

ewwwww... that's gross![xx(]
at least try to pick up living ladies...

Dark Angel: No, the Necronomicon really has very little (if anything) relation to "Necromancy" (I dont like that word) The Necronomicon is a fictional grimoire written based on some of H P Lovecrafts stories. Their are people that believe that the evocations and bindings in the book hold power and like any other area of life. If enough people believe that something holds power than eventually it will hold power. Just remember nature adhors a vaccum...
Yes, even sublingualized human words have such authority as to be binding like contract. Gifts from the underworld and all that which comes from them are tainted, and if you have physical validation from your targets, you will see that coincidences which fit the bill may very well happen.
Have no fear, because the mental imagery will be obeyed. Also, you are under no obligation to pay protectors or servitors. Though some try to bargain, the final word belongs to the human.
(Necronmicon = book of dead names, which might be used to invoke spirits)
As for speaking with the dead, they are mostly like psychometric profiles who answer questions, even if you are not entranced.
Always use protection as back up, and don't forget to dismiss things, for God's sake!
If you come into control of evil and do not neutralize it, fortune (in whatever form you believe it takes) will not be on your side, but these techniques are some ways in which objects are materialized from ectoplasm and wishes are granted from captured genies.
Remember that the contract comes into play when they say "Hey, this person authorized me to do this to them."
Speaking of which, wasn't it you, kakkarot, who once spoke of a witchy book featuring materialization techniques?

That's pretty interesting. Especially for the fact that it can be found in the metaphysics section. [:O]

That makes sense. I read a book of the same title and was told it was only based on the real one. People read the BS version like the Bible?
...and Spock said that about the vacuum, which I believe belongs here as it applies to misappropriated things.
Download the 154 page free E-Book on this site about reincarnation. Search for the word oracle and you should see how to do something to get you started. But you won't have control specifically over who you see.
I myself havn't tried it, since I don't have the courage and its not really my type of thing.
Neat; some very cool links have been appearing in these forums, lately. The 154 pager referred to is "Creating Value of Life." The technique is to sit in a dimly lit room in front of a mirror, which only reflects the darkness. I will have to reevaluate my ethics and try.
I see the tendency of new things to appear where two regions of energy intersect. I wonder if this has anyhting to do with entities wishing not to be touched?
Reminds me of an 19th century technique for communicating with the dead. It was a closet big enough for one person to sit inside. The inside of the closet was covered with mirrors all four sides ceiling and floor I think. You were suppose to sit in it with either complete darkness or perhaps a candle burning. I think it was called a mediums box or something similar. If your also into mirrors try using a calm pond as a reflecting mirror.
