Principle

I have attempted Automatic Writing several times, without success. However, Durning meditation and prayer I have felt the symptoms within my arms, and they did move.

However, I would like to hear the Experiences of others with Automatic Writing, and the type of Information they were provided with. And if so, Have you validated the Information?
