I've not read it, but seen it... what exactly is rebirthing and ascension? Are you talking about reincarnation and spiritual learning? If it's about that, I may get it.
Most of the book is not really interactive. It's mostly just very informative. That is, if you believe it. There's a lot about merkaba, alien races and such, and the upcoming ascension we will all undergo soon. The book really covers a broad range of topics, but I finished it with a strong feeling of hope. You'll either read it and laugh your head off, or be blown away. For me it was the latter.
I saw it in the bookstore last night, glanced over it; it sounds a lot like David Icke's work. He's got a couple other books too.

For those of you interested in those kinds of things, here is a link you might enjoy. It is a book written by Alex Collier which is very similar to Icke's books, in fact I think they know eachother. Anyway, let me warn you before you read it, this book can seriously mess with your mind and emotions if you believe it. Don't hesitate to post your opinions on it however.

I was just wondering if anyone here has read the book entitled "Nothing in This Book is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are" by Bob Frissell. Its really extraordinary, and talks about "rebirthing" which is a fascinating approach to ascension. The book is mindblowing, just wondering if I'm alone or not.
