Both psi wheels are in the same box balanced on needles, about 10 cm wide, aluminum foil. In a closed clear box. They dont move when I blow a fan on the box.
I've used that old foil for months, and others. Its been moving back and forth for about 30 minutes, about 1/4 turn each way, sometimes more, and stopping sometimes. Even when I'm not watching it it moves (I assume because its moving when I first look at it).
The other one is a new piece of aluminum foil. I can only get it to move 1 cm, usually much less, and often not at all.
This seems similar to making a "magic wand" which are said to build up power as you use them. You might use just a plain piece of wood for one.
Other than the obvious answer of "your energy is in it", which is not descriptive enough, why are they so different?
It's probably your subconsciousness which is used to the old one. Your subconsciousness knows that it works with the old one, because you did TK with it in the past, so your subconsciousness will make a connection with it more easily. The new one is ... well, new. Even if it's the same material and you consciously don't see much difference, for your subconsciousness, it might be a completely new thing which it has to get used to.
That doesnt explain why it sometimes moves when I'm not watching it.
Does it move "chaotically" when you don't watch, or does it make normal movements (like always turning to the left)?
Its usually a smooth motion, often oscillating back and forth with a wave period of about 10 seconds.

Then I have no idea, sorry. I suppose you use the same technique for both foils, so that's not it. It has nothing to do with with the sc not "finding" a connection to the new foil either, as it sometimes moves when you don't look at it. For the same reason the "Your energy is in it" doesn't apply as well (unless there are two different energies, one your sc uses and one your consciousness uses), at least not completely.
Something blocks your sc when you try to do it consciously. Maybe it's some sort of energy block which stops you from doing it?

Ah, I was talking about the new one. So the new one does not move when you don't look at it?
If it does, its not much. It doesnt move much or at all when I am looking at it.
Then for the old one, my first explanation might not be so far off.

Because you constantly used the old foil in the past, your sc might have created some sort of a "constant" connection with it. So, why does your sc move it on it's own, then? Maybe "it" doesn't "know" what else to do with it.
I know my subconscious moves it sometimes when I'm not trying, but that doesnt have to be the only cause.
When it moves constantly like I described, it does feel like I've got a constant connection to it, and a weaker connection days or months later. What this connection is made of, I dont know. Whatever it is, science doesnt know much about it, so all I can do is describe behavior.
Its interesting that now that I'm mostly out of energy for today, the old psi wheel is only 10 times easier to move than the new one, instead of 100 times. There must be a curved equation involved.
Hey beavis, Well it seems you've created a mind block. Now everytime you try to mive this new one, your subconsious believes you can't do it. If you want to move it you have to forget all this of oo i can move that 100times faster becuas you're making a bigger mind block. I've experienced it alot and this 'thinking about it' will just make it worse.
