I have never truely studied Telekenesis but have always held an interest in it. I know that if you focus your energy and thought on an object for a period of time, you can manipulate it. I have tried concentrating on objects in the past but have never had any real success mainly because, I didn't devote enough energy on it.
Last night I was browsing through the forums and came across a thread that showed the video of the Psi wheel. Last night after watching a couple videos (I don't care if they're fake or not), I went outside. I live on a hill and the view from my house is a city, with the ports so there are some red lights that blink, like a signal for boats and such.
I was staring at the light, like I do at times to objects to see if manipulation is possible. As I was staring at it, trying to make it burn out, my vision started to blur in a bright sense and I had tunnel vision, focused on the light. I started to feel myself drift away, alike when you fall asleep or enter a trance state. I snapped myself out of it because I was standing and I didn't want to risk going unconscious.
Was this blurred vision and seperating feeling actually energy flowing to the objective I gave myself or was it simply myself falling asleep....as odd as that sounds. When energy is focused heavily, does it actually leave your body and make you feel like you're in a slight trance?
Maybe I need to do some reading on Telekenesis but until I do, I was hoping for some knowledge.
You were probably slipping into a slight trance, which is very normal when concentrating on one thing for a period of time. Especially at night time, vision can do weird things when you go into trance. When I meditate, I normally enter a trance state with my eyes open before closing them and going deeper.
I have no idea how this relates to telekenesis as I don't have the ability nor have I ever seen anyone legitimately do it.
Thanks for your reply. I actually learned something from it; next time I go into a trance state, I'm going to try your method. I often have troubles entering the trance state but I feel if I can focus on a specific object for an amount of time, it might help me concentrate.
The more you practice focusing on a single object or thought without letting it go or interruptions, the stronger your level of concentration will become. Concentration is a skill I don't believe enough people work on, but it's something you can use for the rest of your life once honed. I believe it's essential for decent astral projection or meditation.
To perform telekinesis, you need great focus and the skill of using prana to reprogram the objects and then control them. You're on the right track with concentration. :)

What do you mean re-program?.....i've never heard this when itt came to telekinesis techniques.....{and trust me i've heard quite a few}......because i don't think you need to re-program anything, just a slight bond between you and the object would be sufficient i think.....i think you just need to touch the object with your energy, or whatever name for energy you use....ki, qi, chi, prana, kudalini, ect...and just "ask" the object to move.....i've had success with this.....and if you want in a later post i could put up how i moved the psi wheel step by step.

Every physical object resonates. Is there any theory where both the telekinetic and object resonate as one?
