Methods, motivation, and general feel of metaphysics?

i've tried for some periods to get in to Metaphysics, mostly out of body and telekinesis aspects of it. But I never seem to manage to get anything out of it. Someone may be familiar with the Silva (sylva) method? I generally try to concentrate through this method but I never seem to have results, no tingling sensations, no actual out of body feelings, no movements in the objects I concentrate on.

What I'm asking here is for a few pointers from experience and a few sites that work with concentration and application of the telekinesis theories. Please.

well I think you should be able to find sufficient information here with the search function but psipog.net is the most commonly used website for information on metaphysics. from my personnal experiences I'd say you need to do what feels right when it comes accomplishing this kind of thing. because your subconsious mind is in disbelief about this and thus prohibits any progresssion so you need to do whatever seems real to yourself to allow yourself to believe in it easier. oh and another thing, when trying telekinesis its best to avoid analyzing whats happening when it does because usually it just stops it all together (for everything in general) kind of like walking....you dont think about it you just do it and the same rule applies here. thinking about it too much can actually screw up the way you walk (at least it did for me.....then again I might just be special )
