Physically blind seeing with the third eye?

Hey all, I'm new to this part of the forums but I'm wondering, is it possible for blind people to be able to see using their third eye?

I think I read somewhere that they can see in the astral, dreamland or something...but im not sure.

Well yes they can definitely see while etheric/astral projecting, but does that also go for seeing with the third eye?

From what I understand blind people experience the astral quite different. They experience it with just as great quality and vibrancy, but not necessarily in a "visual" way. "Feeling" in the astral can be just as accurate as "seeing" at times.

But what about the etheric? The people are blind physically, and if the other bodies senses don't rely on the physical body I think they should be able to see. I could understand them not having the ability to see in the astral realm since most of the environment is triggered by thoughts, but the etheric is more like the physical, just with another bodily vehicle. If it were so that they would not have the ability to see in any of the planes would that mean they would be eternally blind?

 Well from what I heard about the 3rd eye is that you can see thru eyes of other things, for example a bird flying thru the air or a chicken about to be slaughtered, very well could be anything.

I don't understand it 100% myself, but a theory is that we "see" in the astral because we see in the physical. We're trying to duplicate being physical, but it isn't necessary. Kind of like having 360 vision in the astral, you have to open up to new ways of experiencing things. Vision isn't the only way to percieve beyond the physical. It's possible to "feel" a color in the same way we see it in the physical. The feelings associated with perception are probably more real than the actual perception. I would assume this is one way blind astral projectors experience the astral.

I'm just assuming though, as I've never met a blind astral projector.

The doctors managed a successful operation which made him see,
and he couldn't handle it.
His brain was unable to process the visual information. What he saw
didn't make any sense to him and he only got confused and wished to
be blind again.

So why should someone who doesn't even know what it is like to see
be able to see in the inner worlds?
Of course it's different for people who learned to use their eyes when they
were babies and then got blind later in life.

Well blind people often tend to feel 'limited' to the world around them. They lack a normal ability that most other humans have and most want to see the world as everyone else does. In the etheric plane since they're in a non-physical body but can't exactly will themselves to do anything they want as in the astral, which mostly depends on your consciousness to create sensations. My guess is that they can see in the etheric, and once they see in the etheric they would also be able to see in the astral.
