Well, in that specific instance, power would be the person utilizing energies of the sort discussed here on these forums (and researched by robert bruce) in order to do such and such. Power, as Yosso said, could be an ability, or it could be the means by which someone expresses an ability, i.e. subtle energy or chi. You have no hope of finding a single definition.
Power, as in Bio-energy. What you need to do anything more than be a hulk of meat.
What you do with it then defines some practice, such as telekinesis or Astral Projection. In Reality (if such a word has meaning), it's all the same thing. Nameing something only limits in in the framework of the physical realm.
