Whats the best method to make a psi ball?
just hold your hands about 6-12 inches apart, like you're holding a ball and focus on generating energy in between.
you can pull the energy from your environment or from yourself, it doesn't matter.
the more you practice, you'll start to feel the buildup of energy between your hands.
i knew a guy, a customer at a job i had, and he would always walk around "rolling a psi ball around in his hands", if that makes sense. after he did it for a few minutes you could put your hand in between his and feel the pressure of the energy he generated. it was neat.

There's something there doing this. Strangely it feels like that experienced when you lift the fat guy off a chair with two fingers, four people lift him with ease.
