ok, most of the places i have found say "just do it" so i am trying that but i just wondered, do you need to meditate beforhand and also how long does it take before you begin to be able to move the psi wheel

Sometimes I can move it in 3 seconds. To move it, you must think it will move RIGHT NOW. If you think it wont move until you meditate for a few minutes, you wont unconsciously start trying until then. Your UNconscious mind moves it. There are 2 reasons it doesnt move: because most people like to unconsciously enforce the laws of physics, and because you think it wont happen NOW.

Hello.  I am interested in learning telekenisis, but i dont know how.  Could someone tell me how to move the psi wheel that i made?  That would be great, thanks in advance.
