well i actually dont know wt* a psiwheel is.. ive been trying to figure it out but with no luck

anyways.. if it is now the thing i think it is..
like a clock orsomething.. that there is something you can move (like on the clock those pointers) then you try with you energi to move it to feel its movig..

if you cant move it... warm upp a little... spin it (it thats possible) or move it with your hand and feel... FEEL it moveing. and remember that feeling

afterwards.. try to re-create this feeling when it moved (but dont move it with your hands anymore)

anyhow its like a tingly feeling in your hands, like the energy flows out of your hands and distorts the space around the psi wheel

I started by blowing on it, I'd try and spin it one way by blowing and then another, eventually itll start spinning without you blowing on it

also try and trick your mind into it, LIKE WOW IT JUST MOVED

you should get a tingly weird sensation at the base of your skull if you do it right

Yeah, my hands get really numb when I do it and so does my head.  I noticed that the first time I started to spin it, it would move a little and then my eye lids would move up a little (very little) in excitement because I was doing it but then it would stop because of that.  Keep that in mind and try to notice it when you do it.  I find that when I am doing it, I am in sort of a daze and I am staring at a certain spot the whole time or it wont move as good.

I moved it about 1/2 an inch, thanks Volcomstone, and CHICNSTU.

Does any one have any tips on building up alot of energy, because moving that much made me real tired and i got a cold(now i will thank CHICNSOUP).

weird.. when i  do TK i dont get tired.. instead i  feel my head very fat yaya i mean like i have foam in my head
but i dont feel tired at all maybe a little bit slow or something.
but to  get back your energy... try NEW (New Energy Ways) it should help
