Ok, im sure this has been explained b4, but i am new... actually, this is my first topic/reply/anything, i just joined. Until about a month ago, i thought all this stuff was complete crap... but i decided to give it a go. I have had some success, but not much. Right now im trying to learn how to make a psi ball (or ki ball as ive heard it called to). But, its not working, i can feel energy, but not enough to do anything. Am i not doing it right? or what? if you dont want to tell me, just direct me in the right direction, but reply's directly would be a nice gesture. my technique i use is;
cup hands, imagine ball, ball should appear... but, not working so to speak. I also am not sure how to harness energy, i cant just "charge up" so to speak. i didnt know exatly where to post this, but i thought this sounded right. Thanx for anybody who decides to reply :)

I can do the psi wheel. I can spin it nonstop, but not with a glass over it. I'd love to master that. What I do is this. I put both feet on the ground and imagine that the universe is sending energy up my legs from my feet, to my hands. I can feel them tingle, then, I place them near the wheel and it spins. It's a little tougher in front of an audience, hence the fear of failure, but there is really no failure. Not trying is the only failure in my opinion. This is coming from a person who thought a few months ago, "if I can't see it, it doesn't exist"
I'm a hardcore skeptic, or I was. I made this wheel spin Sunday night and jumped up as I was freaked out. My wife saw me do it too and was like "WHOA"
I spent 4 hours going through every possible scenario of what could be spinning the wheel. Ceiling fan? Nope. Dog fart? Nope. Breath? Nope, because I pulled my shirt up over my nose. After 4 hours, I was convinced, it was me, spinning the wheel. You can do anything. Experiment with different methods of harnessing energy. Imagine a bolt of energy coming from the sky into your head. Is it not there because you can't see it? Is what we perceiving as real actually real? What is real? Nothing is out of the ordinary now. Every little thing is fascinating, if you stop to really look at life and what's around you. There is more than meets the eye. I'd suggest looking at www.neilslade.com
I've been working on brain stuff for the past month and my perceptions of reality and my openness to the unknown are skyrocketing. Remember, no negativity. Thoughts are what create your reality. It's real. I spent 34 years hating life, people, the world. It was all created by me and the negative influences I exposed myself to and the warped thoughts I created for myself. Take a look here too www.quantum-metaphysics.com
Jo is onto some fascinating stuff as well. My advice is to sort of like this. Mind rape yourself with as much material as you can get your hands on. Don't confuse yourself, don't develop opinions on what is right, because who dares say what is right anyhow? Right? :lol:

thanx, ill defanantly try that. Also, another thing is that im not very good at imagining things, so i dont know weather i would be able to charge up like that, but guess i gotta build up my imagining skills. I can feel the tingle just using my own power, rather than the power that i absorb, but i dont know weather that would have the same results. DOnt know, ill defanantly try though, thanx :D

Dear Kevin,
Thanks for sharing. And good to see someone learn the truth about negativity. :-)
Anyhow, have you tried covering the psi wheel with different types of material like wood, ceramic bowl? I would suggest making the bowl or box as thin as possible. Perhaps make a bowl or box out of thin paper. Then try spinning the wheel. After a certain period of time uncover the wheel to see if it's spinning.
