Hi Jonas. I bought his first book and liked it pretty well. It was a bit simple, but he's trying to reach a broad audience. Clicking the amygdala is a visualization technique, and I had consistent results in getting to what Niel Slade calls the Big Bang, or God-consciousness.Put your thumbs in your ears, and your middle fingers in the outside corner of your eyes. Droop your pointer finger to your head and you are pointing to your two amygdala. Picture energy moving forward from them to the center of your forehead where your psychic third eye is. The first time you do it right you'll feel a bit of pressure in that area. When you do, try to hold it. With practice it quickly becomes easier, and your perception of the world around you will change and expand. When you do get a big reaction, it may not last long, but the feeling is peace, joy, and synchronicity. You will never be the same afterward. I hope it will work for you, there are no words for feeling nirvana.
