Pyrokinesis: Fire
Electrokinesis: Electricity
Aerokinesis: Wind
Biokinesis: Rearrangement of DNA
Hydrokinesis: Water
Cryokinesis: Ice

Don't ask me how to do any of them, I have only done electrokinesis like once and I'm sure everybody has, they just think it is static, and I can only do Telekinesis a little bit.

I've also heard of Vitakinesis (physical/mental healing, and the reverse, causing harm). Electrokinesis is electromagnetic spectrum manipulation. It's subcategory Photokinesis is light manipulation?

Psychokinesis is manipulation of molecules, and is divided into 3 subcategories:
Cryokinesis (slows them down)
Pyrokinesis (speeds them up)
Telekinesis (moves them around)

Speeding them up to make fire, slowing them down to make ice.

lol, I thought of that....no more roasting marshmallows on a stick and having to hold them over the fire.  Just do it yourself.

Pyrokenese seems to be a good way to practice these abilities.  You can noticibly see a change the flaim's movmen when your consiousness is having an effect.  The fire begins to swirl and twist, just like an angry beehive.  Then you could cook marshmellows anyway you want!!
