My understanding is that anyone can develop these skills with dedication and practice. Learning concentration is very important in preparation for the skills you mention.
The other question regarding the relationship between the different kinesis "and the topics discussed in the 'magic' forums" is quite broad. The best I will do is to recommend that you use our Search engine located at the top of the page. Try typing in a keyword, and then read over some of the threads. There is a lot of good information in prior topics/posts, yet we see the same questions asked over and over. Hopefully you'll find the answers you seek. [:)]
