Im just curios.. What does our dead loved ones are doing in the astral or other higher dimensions? Do they have activities? Anything they have to accomplish there? Missions? Have anyone met their loved one during obe? If so could you share a detail?

I would say they are just getting on with the next stage of their existence.  :-)

When I first began to consciously Phase I saw my deceased Brother-in law. He was my mentor for a couple of months. But, then he moved on and I haven't heard from him since.

My dad loved fishing. During one OBE I wanted to check on him, I was taken on a lake shore and saw my dad in the middle of the lake on a boat fishing. The scenery was breathtaking, one of those blue lakes surrounded by mountains. It was just beautiful and peaceful. He saw me standing on the shore, waved at me and smiled. Another time I saw him at a soccer game with his brother who passed away few years before my dad, and one of our neighbors. They were having such a blast at the game. So, I guess at first, when you cross over, you would carry your human nature for a while and want to experience everything you had enjoyed to the fullest. I mean when you realize that there are no restrictions and limits, it gets overwhelming. I had only sensed happiness from my dad. On the other hand I and done many retrievals of spirits who get trapped in unpleasant realities because of their own fears or negative state of mind. So, it really depends on your mind set what are you going to experience. And I believe eventually you shed the human image as you get to experience higher dimensions and connect in all levels with the multiverse.
