i have readed on a website that it's when the brain is on alpha stage that psychokinesis happen. Is this true ?

Then i must know, when we have hypnagogic imagery at night, is that always in the alpha stage, it can never be in the beta stage ? And about clairvoyance and remote view it also happens in this stage ?

It's because at night, i have been noticing that i can't see hypnagogic imagery while aware of it, as when i am seeing the hypnagogic imagery i never noticed or am aware that i am actually having hypnagogic imagery, and only when i get out of that state i could be aware that i have had hypnagogic imagery. Also, while in hypnagogic imagery i can't do any analisis and think of anything, and i "lose" awareness of whole body (i mean, kind of not feeling the body in contact with the bed and forgeting the positions of my limbs) and just seeing the images in hypnagogic imagery, is this the alpha stage ?

Robert bruce says it's also called trance but how can that be if this happens even if my body isn't relaxed when trying to sleep at night ? Also i could NEVER reach the alpha stage and i had my eyes opened, is it possible and is that what is required to do psychokinesis ?

But this sucks, if psychokinesis can only be done in this stage it means we can't think, do analizys, control pk or even be aware that we are doing it without getting out of that stage ?

OR this improves with practise, and that, with practise we can think, analyze, be aware and control psychic abilities while in the alpha stage ? If not, how to control psychokinesis, remote view and clairvoyance if we can't even be aware that we are doing them ?!
