its like telepathy. and can be best done on the phone. (at least for me). its like digging into the persons mind and once ur sorta in the same spot as telepathy you take theyre perspective of their location. and you should be able to see wherever theyre at. its so cool and it freaks ppl out [:D]
Hi all! Is Rv about staying at theta level? What happens if we stay conscious at delta (sleep)?
Are there any methods or equipment for this?

no need to be in theta to remote view although some say they work from a trance.
methods for staying awake in delta would have to be some meditation, you could try zen or something that relaxes you alot but keeps your mind focused on something.
Although I'm not very experienced at RV, I find that it's easiest when I'm only slightly in a trance. If you're talking about AP, that does require a fairly deep trance state.
