remote viewing??

can remote viewing be spontanaeous?  at times when i get ready to take a nap, i would all of a sudden see images/visions of an unknown place.  today i saw what appears to be someone's patio and i saw a beach chair with stripes.  other times i would see someone's bedroom, living room, and stairs.  is this remote viewing???

oh also....i've seen like a scene played out in my minds eye but not in regular speed.  it seems like someone pressed fast forward.  and when the vision disappears it looks all wavy like water formed the image and then it vanishes.

its probably hypnogogic images do a search on it to find out more but I dont belive it would occur unless it was something of meaning to you.
