remote viewing technique?

Hello I've astral projected a few times but really interested in remote viewing. I can't really grasp what things you do different to remote view rather then astral project and what to do. The best way I've found to project is early in the morning when I wake up for a second if I can remember to try I can almost always do it by looking at the back of my eye lids focusing on a white orb and then ill start vibrating and my eyes will open (not really but can see around me) and then float up

So what would I do different to remote view? If I close my eyes and clear my mind won't I just astral project? A step by step would be great

There are MANY websites devoted to remote viewing (RV). Most of the good sites have a specific protocol for RV. A protocol is a step by step instruction procedure on how-to do RV. Any web search will turn up a Lot of sites. Some names to look for are Joseph Mcmoneagle, John Alexander and Courtney Brown (all were involved in the CIA RV program back in the 1990s.)

Ive found you can achieve great results just by simply ...relaxing and imagine your self traveling in your mind to the target/location then see what you see, hear feel, sense. Simple as that and it works! but you need feed back form people... or we can start a thread up here and take turns in creating targets and then posting the results once everyone has posted what they have seen.

Hi, well I was thinking more of RV but astral travel too..! why not? So I was thinking maybe we start a thread e.g Astral Pulse remote viewing experiments.

We then take it in turns setting up a target, something we can the post a picture of so people can compare what they saw themselves. Then give everyone a few days to work at it then post and share our results before posting the picture. We did something similar on here 6 or 7 years ago and got some fantastic results. Also people can share and discuss their own techniques that helped. What do you think?

I actually did a few searches but there really wasn't a step by step how there is with astral travel that I could find. Its just Explaining what the military did and how the experiments took place from a third person perspective...basically saying what was each persons job, the targets, what they're told, and the response from the one rving...but didn't tell how the person doing it gets to that state

Like if I was going to tell somebody to astral project I would say close your eyes and clear ur mind (best time is when you wake up in the morning) and just keep starting at the blackness and try to get in the state just before you fall asleep.....you should then see an orb or something...focus on this as you fall into a deeper state...you will start to vibrate and then shortly after your eyes will open (but they're still closed really) then float up and there you go..

Now may not work but that what I do and its a base for somebody to start when I see anything for rving its basically like clear your mind and have somebody hand you a picture with a number on it. There has to be more then just clearing your mind..has to be some kind of process with instructions

Bill Woods, claims he was part of the secret Seals and involved in the 'Looking Glass Technology' where his role was to assess the given data to determine probable future Earth timelines.
At ~1 hour 5 minutes he explained how he and others were given a placebo (message), that they were fitted with implants or given special training to be able to remote view or telepathy. Bill realise that it was really his belief that he could which enabled him to have these abilities.

Anyway, I tried to remote view my husband on three separate occassions without knowing what he was exactly doing & who he was meeting up with.
After I described the person and scenario on each of these 3 occasions, my husband validated that what I saw was correct.

A most recent example was yesterday: I blanked my mind and mentally projected my desire to see what my husband was doing (because I could not get through to him on the phone), I then saw a mature aged woman ~50+ with almost shoulder length grey-light brown hair, standing just inside the slightly opened screen door wearing a blouse and skirt.
I saw her pointing and shaking her finger at my husband 3 times, I could not hear what she was saying but felt she was anxious and wanted something to be done.
My husband confirmed that he felt annoyed by her because she wanted him to fix something and then got her husband to deal with him.
My husband confirmed her appearance and that she was indeed standing by her door and pointing her finger, shaking it 3 times at his work vehicle.

I've also successfully described two other people, their complexion, body build, hair and lack of hair, and with one person I picked up on his clothing preference - grey denims. I've also located my pet bunny this way.

 That was an excellent presentation/interview this morning by Stephan. He touched on Remote Viewing, but spent most of time talking about Meditation, Social Change, Geomagnetism and it's effects on the conscious mind and the Consciousness and how it works. He spoke of the effects of Geomagnetism, mainly being created by Solar Flares/Storms and the human conscious, saying they have been doing research and find that there is definitely an effect, that the flares cause confusing and disruption in people. Stephan A. Schwartz, a journalist, analyst for the government and researcher has been following the trends in consciousness for many years.
He explains how non-local consciousness is an aspect of each of us that is not limited to space and time.
During remote viewing, meditative states, spiritual epiphany, moments of genius, precognition, deja vu, gut feeling, near death experiences,
we can access the collective information (some mystics call it the Akashic Record) present just below waking consciousness.
He thinks that all these experiences are the same thing modulated by context.

So perhaps when we are phasing, OOBE, Lucid Dreaming we are all accessing the information contained in the non-local consciousness as well as inputs from our own imagination. Could it be that the context that we each relate personal experiences and how we each interpret it which gives rise to subjective labelling/descriptions of the same source?

I'm only on the first video: Part 1 - Introduction to Remote Viewing

I have learnt so far: there are remote viewing protocols such as:
Tasker: person who assigns the task
Tag: random number or word, does not need to be a co-ordinate (military use). RV will pick up the tasking intension linked to the tag.
Directive: Administration Tool and label

For instance the tasker tags a photograph and then places this in an envelope (photo: contains info of time, location, objective).
The rv, in this case will be solo and each rv will be viewing blind because s/he does not know what the tasking is.
The first page contains info about the rv codename, date & timezone, emotional & physical state and
rv condition which is in most coses vbs = view blind solo  -no monitor/partner
Then after the "T" Transit line the rv can just doodle to let your conscious mind free ...

The second page is when you do the survey ie scanning   -> this is where I am at in the video

Why am I pointing this out?

Well, if we are to explore remote viewing we should aim to follow remote viewing protocol to effectively compare results,
track our development and analyse under what conditions we rv best. It also helps of we use common rv language to communicate.
A person should be assigned the tasker.
Also consider selecting a file/image free hosting site to upload our many pages full of rv ideograms & gestalts.

Dedicated RV thread maintaining some sort of guideline. What are your thoughts?

I don't think it's that people aren't interested, I think it's just that a lot of us have limited time to practice and may be focusing on personal development and just don't have the time to spare. At least that would be my reason.

I'm in! I want to practice and learn. I just watched a Tom Campbell video on YouTube where he takes the audience through a remote viewing exercise. He tells the YouTube viewers how to make it work while watching the videos after the fact so I gave it a go. I only got one exercise right but I figure with practice I'll get better.
