After some hours of working on my laptop, I turned it off and placed it on the floor next to the armchair I was sitting in. I was feeling relaxed (tired) and slipped into a trance easily. Although I didn't succeed in projecting, when I got my sight I was suprised to see my laptop still sitting on my lap. I concluded that I must be seeing into the Real-time Zone and the laptop I saw was a Real-time reflection of the real one that I had only just moved.
I had only been succesfully trancing for a few weeks and I think the only reason I became aware that I was seeing non-physically was because I knew that my laptop was not where I saw it to be, otherwise I may have just fallen asleep. Seeing it there and questioning its presence there seemed to have similar effects as reality checks have in a dream. I think this could potentially be developed further into some sort of back-up technique for AP attempts.
Now for my questions. Considering that the laptop construct was formed in approx. 2 hours, how long do you think it would exist before it 'decayed' or moved? I was thinking that the amount and type of attention given to the item over a period of time would be factors in this.
If two hours of subconscious attention is enough to create something in the RTZ, what do you think the RTZ consequences of something like a huge music festival or concert would be? And would an artist, by observing an object carefully in order to draw it, stengthen the objects Real-time reflection?
Also, am I seeing into the RTZ with my etheric body (Brow chakra?) or with my astral body? If I am seeing with my etheric body, wouldn't that mean that my etheric body exists in the Real-time Zone? What level does the etheric body exist on? Any answers or opinions will be appreciated. Thankyou.

Dear Ferreus
I read your post regarding your computer experience. I'm not an expert on metaphysics but in my opinion I agree with you and you went into a trance.
There are three trigger points for trance: repetition (monotony), boredom and tiredness. The fact that you had spent quite a long time on the computer indicates that your typing was the repetition (monotony) and you became tired. I also assume that you might have been shaking your leg too without realising it (repetition). This is a great environment for a trance to flourish.
I've been having automatic trances almost all my life as they've helped me to "switch off" from difficult circumstances during childhood. The only problem is that I still do it without realizing it. I've recently learnt how to control them....I DON'T shake a leg!
I believe that in this trance state you reach a point where you can't differentiate between reality and fantasy. For example: in my trance state I've sat outside and then my dog will appear and I believe he's really there but in reality he's inside sleeping.
I don't know all the implications in terms of metaphysics but I can tell you from personal experience that I go into trance state (fantasy) to avoid what ever is happening in the reality state - this could be as simple as avoiding the fact that you are tired and you should be sleeping instead of working so many hours on your computer. When in a trance state I start seeing things that aren't there and the point I want to make is that they really AREN'T there. Maybe in future discoveries the scientists might determine that those things really ARE there but to keep myself sane I don't delve into it too much. One should be careful when dealing with the fine line between fantasy and reality because you can go off your nut if you get caught up in the fantasy realm too much!
