Never heard of the expression.  Now my eyes have been BLACK with rage before, and I have some pictures that aren't me (yep, you guessed it, NEG overshadowing).

hi! has anyone heard of the seer's eyes?? coz i have them apparently.. its when your eyes are incredibly clear and reflect everything... my eyes are really dark brown and my friends say they've seen me blink sideways before they also always look glassy as if i've been crying!! does anyone know much aboot them?? all i know is that it helps seeing into the future because you eyes are so clear... that happens to me.. i see things...
