Hey there Voltarrens! Yes, it is possible to only be a sender, Ive had lots of experiences just like yours. And when I try to recieve something, it usually isnt acccurate. My thought is though, if you just tried to listen when someone was sending something to you, could you hear it? psipog.net has a chat room in which they do telepathy pratices, you should definitly check it out sometime.
