sick-time visions

i got sick a little while ago and had all sorts of premonition-type things.  i have no idea which ones were my subconscious telling me what i wanted to hear, and which ones were something more.  im travelling in california and while i was sick randomly a message came into my head "don't go south" and my aunt later asked if i wanted to, presented me with all sorts of opportunities for going south with her.  i declined and was worried about her, but nothing happened when she went.  conversely, i had a vision of my brother lying pale and still on a bed with my mother worried about him and i found out later that around that time he drank too much, got sick and ended up lying on his bed with my mother worrying about him.
the third thing that came into my head that sticks out relatively remarkably is the prediction that someone will die when my cousin gives birth.  i have no idea whether this is just a delusion from the sickness or something to seriously consider, but it gives me pause and makes me worry.  is there any way to decode these messages, or at least decide whether they pose a serious enough threat for me to warn other people of their danger?
