Okay I want to meet my spirit guide but i have no idea where to start.I want to get into all of this stuff but i have no idea where tostart.Ultimately i would like to be able to channel.
Please can someone help me?I already tried searching.

Meditation is the first place to start. Meditation will develop focus, lift your vibrations and make it easier for those in spirit to work with you. You can also contact your guides through meditation.
I can agree with Wizard. Meditate each day - even if only for 10 minutes. Just sit quietly and shut down the worldly thoughts that invade your mind (easier said than done). Start getting used to the silence. Eventually, start listening to the silence. You will hear things in that silence that speak to you, and make sense.
Therein lies your spirit guide, or inner guide, or whatever term you wish to use. :smile:
