Energy Healing

I find it hard to believe that no one has posted anything here yet. I think Tom would recommend Reiki. I would have to back this up as well. It can cost quite a bit but can be found on the net for free if you are confident with teaching yourself things effectively.

This has other valuable links including one to a site where you can learn to be a reiki master for free!

Absolutely right. Reiki has been very effective for me. It is easy to learn, easy to practice, and easy to teach. It is well known for getting results, too. The book "Essential Reiki" by Diane Stein is very good, with the warning that she is a bit strange.

NEW is also very good. Most of us here do it. It is thoroughly described in the book "Astral Dynamics".

The basics of healing with energy involve having an unusually good supply so that you can share it. First you must work on healing for yourself. Meditation and an energy system like NEW or reiki can help. When you learn to do healing for yourself, you then apply what you have learned to other people.
