My plan to win the lottery when out of body.

I have this plan. I am going to find a way to win my state lottery using the out of body experience.

It has been said far to many times by skeptics "If it really is possible to leave your body and see or go into the future than why hasn't anyone used it to win the lottery?" Well it's about time someone did.

This will require 2 things. First I need to have the OBE. This may take a while as I have just begun the process of training myself to achieve this goal. Second, once I am out of body I will access the fabled Akashic Records. There I will find the most likely future numbers and try my darndest to remember them.

The rub of this plan is accessing the records themselves. I have been reading the work of William Buhlman and in his books he teaches that the astral is a thought responsive reality. He instructs people to, when out of body, use simple commands In order to influence the world around you. An example would be "Clarity now!" will cause consciousness to raise and make the experience more lucid. "Door now!" will instantly transport you to your door. (Any destination can be used with this command) Based off of this method I plan on using a number of commands when OBE to make contact with the akashic records and gain the information I need.

An example of the commands I will use are as follows.
(awareness now) I will repeat this as needed until I am completely lucid and in control
(interface now) this is intended to create an object or entity that I can interact with when accessing the records
(interface, access Akashic records now) creating the link between the interface and the records.
(interface, display highest probable outcome for local lottery drawing On this date) I will need to be specific on exactly what date and what lottery jackpot I am referring to.
(download displayed Numbers to physical memory now) I don't know if this will work but I hope it will help me remember the numbers when I wake up. Pen and paper next to the bed is a must. 

So what do you think? Is this possible? If you have any suggestions feel free to post them.

I think that its a grand old theory, but you will find its not quite that simple.  There are some very experienced projectors on this forum and whether or not you are the one who can change the trend, nobody (to my knowledge) has succeeded in this. 

I think you are looking at the "astral" in too much of a simplistic way.  I am not sure if you have projected yet but I think you havent based on the fact you said step 1 is to have an OBE.  Its very easy to think of the "astral" or wider reality as a place, since the only way you can relate to areas is as places.  But this is not exactly the case. Through experience you will come to understand that viewing the future is not as simple as going to a specific "place" and "time" because space and time dont exist in ways you are familiar with.  In addition date and time are human inventions and of course vary around the world - there are more calendars than just the Gregorian!  Also, alot of what we see when projecting is not exactly literal.  What we see and experience is heavily influenced by our own minds. 

Another thing, you will also discover that thinking commands is not as simple as it sounds.  I am sure it CAN be that simple, but it is something you need to learn.  Most people find it odd moving from an action based reality to a thought based one, even if it seems simple.  So while its all good and well stating the commands, you have to remember its the underlying beliefs of the person stating them which really matter and it takes a while to overcome them for some. 

Also, I would suggest making your commands more  human like, I mean you are a human!  The words themselves arent important, its the intent behind them.  I learnt this a while ago with affirmations.  I would repeat affirmations in my mind in the same way they were written down - I got very little results.  Then I realised I was supposed to be affirming MY intent to ME.  So I started saying them in the exact way I would verbalise them normally - which is in a northern english slang accent.  The results were instant.  So if you would really say to yourself "interface now" when you want something to interact with then great but if you dont, consider changing how you "say" the commands because you are really saying them to your own consciousness so it needs to relate to it being from you.

In answer to your last question, is it possible? I would say yes, I personally believe it IS possible to travel to different times and gather information.  But I think this is a very specific thing and I personally think this is out of the grasp of most projectors, even the best ones.  Interacting with the non-physical is completely different to the physical so you really need to consider this when trying to achieve something so "physically" construed.

Good luck. Back when I was practicing remote viewing everyday for a few months I tried Ed Dames' Remote Viewing the Lottery course:

I would pick dates/times of lotteries that had already happened and RV the physical location where the numbers were drawn on that date and time.
