Have you ever had anything else happen to you to indicate that you might be clairaudient?
Energy raising is a real good way of hightening our perceptions in bith the physical and astral realms.

aaahhh those nasty little cacklers, i dont even know why they bother... I like the chuckling back approach, if it ever happens to me again im gonna try "MUUWWAHAHHAAAAAAA" right back at em and see how they like it. But really these entities or whatever is cursing us out behind the scenes are big wussies i usually just give em the , "zip it" or "talk to da hand" or if they get really nasty a good "dont make me come ova there![]" these astral baddies dont know whuts up, punks steppin up to get a nice astral beatdown[B)]! I had a little incident last week in which i was setting up a white light globe around my room with another blue-light globe within that one to help keep a nice positive atmosphere in my room. that night i went to sleep, on the brink of lala land i heard "cant you just let a couple of us in?", i was quite taken aback by that,the nerve to ask such a question, and quickly retorted "no! you are not welcome here!" Thats the last i heard of them thus far.

I think they are kind of like astral thugs, nothing better to do than harrass who they think is a target. As soon as they know they wont get anything out of you they move on. Ive only encountered one in the planes and only saw his face. Looked like a drunk hobo and kinda talked like one too...anyways, i was trying to fly and felt a very heavy weight on my back, when i looked back i saw him and he cursed at me in which i took it upon myself to stretch my arm back there a la gumby and poke him in the head with my arm formed in a sharp point and he let go and dissapeared. Unfortunatly not all astral beat downs went so well for me, but i guess that would be good for another thread maybe ill make it, title will be  "ASTRAL BEATDOWNS".

Only one time a while back when I was trying to contact someone, and they spoke back. No luck since!!!

Definately, since I started it, I've felt all sorts of wonderful things. I've been doing it for about 3-4 months now, is this the sort of thing that slowly gets better over time? Or do you really have to push yourself? I do about two 30 minute sessions a day, plus one when I go to sleep. NEW that is.

Ha! Brilliant story. I think they don't like to be belittled, so laughing back at their idiocy is a good thing methinks. I have a friend who always tells Nasties to F-Off! She swears by this, it always works. I've been quite lucky though, no nasties except for the incident the other day.

Energy work is better done in small regular sessions than big hits now and then. Think of it the same as building muscle through exercise routines.
