One of the important factors to astral projection and other..things is the ability to focus your mind on one specific task or thing. People who have trouble with this could try out what I've been using to help focus their mind a little better.

I'm sure alot of you will have read something about spinning a bit of paper around a pin head or something similar. This in turn requires full concentration to achieve and can really help in focusing ones mind when required to do so. Focusing purely on spinning the paper in one direction only is challenging, but the whole process is quick and simple to setup (i.e no meditation or relaxation exercises).

Anyone with any problems in not being able to focus their mind for astral projection could try this and this actually really helped me improve the abilities that everyone invisibly has.

Feedback welcome :)

Meditation does help, though, with telekinesis and focus in general.

I've found that buddhist mindfulness meditation is greatly beneficial.

Go to PSIPOG to learn how to do that sort of thing. They have video proof and picture proof of such things. They also have seminars.

i dont focus my mind on moving the psi wheel. i focus on passively feeling its energy. the movement is a small detail

Krevency

That's interesting, beavis.  Feeling its energy?  Is there a more specific way to describe that?  Like, reaching out with your mind?

I'm planning on starting work on a psi-wheel myself, you see.

beavis

i dont know exactly how to describe feeling its energy....

when i do, a thought gradually forms that mirrors the psi wheel's movement. This thought refuses to change until the physical psi wheel moves.

If I push hard enough that my mental view of the psi wheel moves anyways, it hasnt really changed, but I've thought about something else instead.

Be passive to find that energy, then aggressive to change that thought i described. It works best when I dont try to move it directly, but I bring it more inside my mind and try to move that instead.

Krevency

Thanks for that advice.  I'll definitely give it some kind of try.

There's a very good and simple exercise used for learning how to better focus your mind. I don't think it actually has a name but all you have to do is pick an object and focus on it. I like doing this with flowers or leaves, something small and natural gets me in the best mindset, but whatever works for you. Just meditate and focus on it for a while. I found this especially good when I was just beginning to try and AP.

Agreed.
