No problem, man! The internet is full of tricksters and I don't blame you! :-)
I however kept a small distance from the glass jar and I didn't even touch it while doing TK. I was able to move the foil while filming with one hand and looking at it through the phone's camera, so if you tried TK before, you would probably realise how hard it is to concentrate, let alone film the process. You can clearly see from my hand gestures that the aluminium foil moves according to my will and intention.
I will take your advice in consideration when I will upload new videos, as I don't see the point of tricking people!

Aluminum is not magnetic but it is para-magnetic which means magnetic fields moving through it can impart a force on it... maybe its bio-magnetism? Can you move the foil without moving your hand?

Yes, I can move it without any hand gestures whatsoever! I will make a video on that. The hand gestures only help the thoughts / bio-energy to be redirected in a certain way or to follow the desired path of my intention, but it's not mandatory. Plus, it's good for the video, because the viewer can see my intention before the object / foil starts to move.
